Verde Peacock.. SO CONFUSED

    I am looking at a Verde Peacock Charnockite ‘granite?Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top and (http://maplered.com) I am not sure if I should go through with it or look at something else. What is the difference between real Granite (http://tanbrown.org) and (http://maplered.com) Charnockite? What are the advantages of one over the other? Finally, I have heard that Charnockite chips easier than Granite (http://tanbrown.org) so I should stick with a full or 1/2 bull nose edge as opposed to a 3/8 bevel (which I prefer), is there any truth to this?
